After the political landscape and Brexit was more defined late last year we experienced strong demand in January and February with good sales being achieved across most price ranges.

The Corona-virus out-break will of course have some affect on the market in the short term. But I believe there is still good demand for property at present, we are still agreeing sales as we speak.

The lettings market appears robust and most lets are agreed within a few weeks.
